Bible/Old Testament in General

• Bible Tutor™ - An excellent online resource from Luther Seminary (St. Paul). Only the "Basic" set is available online, but by the end of this course you should know or be familiar with all the OT material on this site. I may give occasional content-type quizzes. This is where the answers may be found.
• Reading the Old Testament - This is a VERY important site of which you should be aware. I almost used this textbook/CD combination as our course text (it cost about $90, so thank me for not using it!), but there still is a lot of excellent content on this site.
• Bible Basics - Comes from a slightly conservative perspective but is still very good. The introductory materials provide a good start.
• Whirlwind Bible Tour - A whimsically humorous and brief overview of the Bible.
• Biblelands Picture Tour from Israel and Egypt to Rome; the Holy Land; People, Places and Things of the Bible - Another very nice, general reference site
• Old Testament Gateway - A comprehensive, annotated, academic directory of internet sites on the Old Testament.
